Yes. Go to Account Settings, select Payment Methods and add a new QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay account. Remove the old one once the new one is verified. Pending transactions must complete first.

You can close your account anytime from Settings. We process closures within 5 business days. Any remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

We retain your data for 3 years after closure for compliance, tax and dispute purposes. After 3 years, we delete it permanently. You can request early deletion if no disputes are pending.
